   Our Home Delivery Pharmacy has changed. Our staff now handles all medication and preventative requests and payments. You may still use our website's "Pharmacy" tab to place your requests or you may contact us by email at lvh@longenbaughvet.com, or by phone at 281-856-7023. You can still have your medications shipped to your home or you may pick them up at the clinic. Please contact us if you have any questions. For your prescription refills purchased at area pharmacies, please contact that pharmacy for your refill and ask them to fax us your pharmacy request.  Our fax number is 281-856-8651.
