We encourage you to bring what you feel will make your pet enjoy his stay with us. Perhaps a favorite toy or blanket.  However, we provide each pet with a soft mat to sleep on and toys to play with in the lounge. ( Regardless of what Henry thinks, they are not all his toys.)  You may bring their food or we feed a maintenance diet that is easy on the stomach.  Always bring their medications and prescripton diet food. On the form below, please list all items and medications that you are bringing for your pet.  Bring this form with you or submit it.  If you have special instructions, please write them in the space provided.  We love to know all about your pet in order to make their stay enjoyable.  Please tell us if your pet has any special fears ( loud noise, thunder storms, other pets, men or women).
