Many chewing gums contain Xylitol which is poisonous to dogs. There is no antidote for xylitol toxicity. Avoid feeding dogs products that contain xylitol. Please keep gum in a place where your dog cannot get to it. If your dog ingests a product containing xylitol, please seek veterinary care immediately.
